Our steering committee works year round to make the program a success. 

This group of leaders spends significant time networking in the community on behalf of Fellows, praying together for the health of the program and looking for ways to care for each Fellow personally.

  • Kenneth Parham

    Committee Chairman

    Kenneth Parham is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Institutional Consultant with UBS Financial Services. He earned the designation of Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) from the prestigious Wharton School of Business and holds degrees in Business and Economics from Wofford College. He has been recognized by leading financial publications such as Barron’s and the Financial Times as one of the top Financial Consultants in the country. In 2005, Kenneth was honored by the industry's standard publication Registered Representative as Outstanding Consultant of the Year. 


    Kenneth is a native of Greenwood, South Carolina and is a lucky husband and the proud father of two daughters. Kenneth loves to travel and discover new music, but his happy place is with family and friends at the lake, on the trail or having great one-on-one conversations.  Connect with Kenneth

  • Tyler Jarratt

    Mentor Coordinator

    Tyler Jarratt is the Director of Development and Client Experience at Owners Choice Construction LLC. After spending his 20s working in college ministry in Greenville and San Diego, Tyler returned to his hometown to help grow Owners Choice. Tyler has carried his passion for seeing the next generation of leaders from ministry into the workplace, focusing on transformative experiences both for these he works with, and the clients he serves. Cultivating long-term clients who rave about their experience has seen his company win both local and statewide awards for quality and design, while also earning a "Best Places to Work in SC" designation for 2022.


    Tyler is a native of Greenville, SC, and has been attending Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church for the better part of three decades. He met and married his wonderful wife Hilary in San Diego, and they have 2 kids (with another on the way). A devout and unapologetic book nerd, if you're looking for a recommendation in the Sci-Fi/Fantasy realm, he's your man.   • Dave Andrews

    Academic Coordinator

    Dave is the owner of Soar On Eagles Wings, a coaching company that serves senior business leaders with team, leadership and culture development. He also coaches individuals at all levels, helping them discover careers (or college majors) that match their unique design.


    Dave retired several years ago from his role as Chief Learning Officer for Michelin North America, where he had 32 years of service. His career included positions in manufacturing, quality, maintenance, engineering, human resource management, talent management, and team and leadership development. He has international experience as a member of Michelin’s global development team, including living and working in France.


    Prior to his career with Michelin, Dave served 9 years in the US Navy where he honed his early leadership skills as a mission commander, maintenance manager, and instructor in a Navy Patrol squadron. Dave earned a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering at the US Naval Academy. He also holds a master’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an Educational Doctorate (Ed.D.) in Corporate Learning Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania/Wharton business school.  Connect with Dave

  • Hunter Cardinal

    Host Family Coordinator

    Hunter is a certified Emotional Eating coach and helps women find freedom from unwanted eating concerns such as emotional eating, binge eating, overeating and food and weight obsession. She loves to coach others who want to gain control over food, stop obsessing about the scale, & stop the self-loathing.


    Hunter is also a speaker and loves to teach others by sharing tips and strategies she has obtained over the last 34 years. She understands firsthand the struggles of emotional eating and is now driven by a deep passion to support others in overcoming these challenges.


    Hunter is a graduate Clemson University, formally a computer program and IT manager, a graduate of the Institute of the Psychology of Eating and is a Certified Mind/Body Eating Coach. She is also a wife and mom of two children and loves inspiring healthy living, exercise, sports, music, and her local church. Her favorite thing, however, is having the privilege to share life with family and incredible friends.


  • Andy Lewis

    Lead Teaching Pastor, Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church

    Andy Lewis grew up in Rock Hill, SC and became a believer through the youth ministry of Ebenezer ARP Church. He attended Erskine College where he met his wife, Elizabeth. While studying theology and philosophy he felt the initial call to full time ministry. He began ministry at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church in 1997 as the Associate Youth Director. In 2002, Andy graduated from seminary and joined the Mitchell Road staff as a Pastor of Christian Education and Discipleship. He became the Senior Pastor of Mitchell Road in January of 2008.  


    Andy and Elizabeth’s goal and joy is to faithfully live out God’s grace in all areas of their lives. Andy sees the Fellows program as a way for young adults to discover the story of redemption in their relationships with Christ. Andy enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf, guitar and piano. Andy and Elizabeth have been blessed with three children: Kate, Maggie and Daniel. Connect with Andy


  • Jeff Henry

    Committee Co-chair

    Jeff has spent the past 19 years immersed in the chaotic, rewarding and fast-paced world of advertising. As part of the dynamic creative team at EP+Co, Jeff focuses on developing integrated, impactful advertising campaigns for brands such as Puma, Verizon, ESPN, John Deere and Michelin. Just don't ask him to draw anything...


    Jeff enjoys woodworking, playing pickleball and backpacking through the Appalachians. He has a beautiful wife and three energetic kiddos and has lived in Greenville since 2001. Connect with Jeff
