of Fellows, praying together for the health of the program and looking for ways to care for each Fellow personally.

  • Kenneth Parham

    Committee Chairman

    Kenneth Parham is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management and Institutional Consultant with UBS Financial Services. He earned the designation of Certified Investment Management AnalystSM (CIMA®) from the prestigious Wharton School of Business and holds degrees in Business and Economics from Wofford College. He has been recognized by leading financial publications such as Barron’s and the Financial Times as one of the top Financial Consultants in the country. In 2005, Kenneth was honored by the industry's standard publication Registered Representative as Outstanding Consultant of the Year. 

    Kenneth is a native of Greenwood, South Carolina and is a lucky husband and the proud father of two daughters. Kenneth loves to travel and discover new music, but his happy place is with family and friends at the lake, on the trail or having great one-on-one conversations.  Connect with Kenneth

  • Amy Peck

    Mentor Coordinator

    As a mother, wife, daughter, and sister (oldest of six children), Amy knows the value of strong mentors at critical times in life. Prior to being a full-time mother, she was also a small-business owner and experienced first-hand benefits from strong business mentors who encouraged and guided through the process of acquiring, operating, and divesting a business.

    Amy has served in numerous roles such as Community Group host, Mentor Mom, Bible study leader and Fellow’s Mentor in the recent years. Her love of gathering and connecting people drives her desire to see people’s lives changed by God working through interpersonal mentoring and discipleship.

    Amy resides in Greenville with her husband and three teenage daughters. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Office Administration from Bob Jones University. In her few quiet moments, she enjoys talk-time with her husband, coffee, and reading. Connect with Amy

  • Dave Andrews

    Academic Coordinator

    Dave Andrews is the Chief Learning Officer for Michelin North America. He is responsible for management, leadership and functional training & development for the North American operations of Michelin Group, the worldwide leader in the tire industry and mobility-related service markets. Dave joined Michelin in 1987 following nine years of service as an aviator in the US Navy. From Michelin’s North American headquarters in Greenville, S.C., Andrews coordinates all development activities and training schools in Canada, Mexico and the United States. 

    Prior to joining Michelin, Dave served as an aircraft mission commander and training officer for a Navy patrol squadron. He then served as an assistant professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Dave is a native of the Finger Lakes region of New York State and holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In 2012 he earned an Ed.D. in Corporate Learning Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania.  Connect with Dave

  • Katherine Hultstrand

    Host Family Coordinator

    As co-founder and COO of The C. Hultstrand Family, Katherine has successfully raised and launched six children, while increasing the family numbers through acquisition of five additional children by marriage. With her growth perspective, eighteen grandchildren in fourteen years has added rich value to this family that doesn't seem to be slowing down any time soon! Connect with Katherine

  • Andy Lewis

    Lead Teaching Pastor, Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church

    Andy Lewis grew up in Rock Hill, SC and became a believer through the youth ministry of Ebenezer ARP Church. He attended Erskine College where he met his wife, Elizabeth. While studying theology and philosophy he felt the initial call to full time ministry. He began ministry at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church in 1997 as the Associate Youth Director. In 2002, Andy graduated from seminary and joined the Mitchell Road staff as a Pastor of Christian Education and Discipleship. He became the Senior Pastor of Mitchell Road in January of 2008.  

    Andy and Elizabeth’s goal and joy is to faithfully live out God’s grace in all areas of their lives. Andy sees the Fellows program as a way for young adults to discover the story of redemption in their relationships with Christ. Andy enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf, guitar, and piano. Andy and Elizabeth have been blessed with three children: Kate, Maggie and Daniel. Connect with Andy

  • Jeff Henry

    Communication & Events Coordinator

    Jeff has spent the past 8 years immersed in the sports sponsorship world, working to bring clients’ brands to life in partnership with the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, NASCAR and everything in between. As part of a dynamic creative team at advertising agency EP+Co, Jeff focuses on developing integrated, impactful activations that entertain fans and enhance game-day experiences.

    Jeff enjoys woodworking, playing tennis and backpacking through the Appalachians. He has a beautiful wife and three energetic young kiddos and has lived in Greenville since 2001. Connect with Jeff
